I have been using BJTM since 1988 and utilising Nitro in my tyres. So far, in over 30 years, no one has beaten them on price and the staff and "the real workers" (tyre boys) have been friendly and obliging. I have nothing but praise for the franchise and their members. Just wish the computer system talked for the whole group.
Went there with a punctured tyre in the boot and the spare on, bought 4 new tyres and asked them to put the best one on the spare.
They give me the car back with the punctured tyre still in the boot and the different looking spare wheel with a new tyre on it.
After returning they just patched the hole in the punctured tyre, insisting it'll be fine.
So now my car has mismatched wheels and a spare with a patch in it that might fail the second I actually need it.
Excellent service, only too willing to help in emergency. Two blown tyre changed and balanced, enable them to back on the car which was roadside a few kilometres away sitting on jacks in quick time. Tyres reasonable priced. These guys are great š

The staff at Bob Jane Kotara were very helpful. When there was a problem with vehicle Iād on associated paperwork, Re an unusual request on my part, they went the extra mile to assist.
